I believe in taking care of other people. That is what my defining drive is within my career path. In taking care of other people, I believe that I can bring success to any organization. People are what make organizations successful, this includes customers and employees. I believe that by taking care of both, we can find success within our businesses while making the world a better place.This belief has led me to many different career opportunities. From managing a restaurant, course creation for a major university, and being a customer service manager for an industry leading solar installation company, taking care of others has always been my main purpose. I recently graduated from Brigham Young University Idaho with a Bachelor of Science in Communication. Because I believe taking care of others is what will lead everyone to success, I wanted to further my education in how to communicate with everyone. Communication is necessary for the success of any organization, and I believe that interpersonal communication is an important and necessary skill to work on. I hope to further this knowledge and education with a master's degree in the next few years.
