Responsible for managing various civil and excavation projects. Projects range from small, single-day excavation projects, to large industrial scale civil projects involving multiple crews and subcontractors. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations on-site, coordinating with various subcontractors and clients, ensuring safe operation and maintenance of equipment, quality control, scheduling, estimating, and ensuring job site safety compliance.

Responsible for carrying out renovation and new construction projects, mainly in area of landscaping, under direction of project manager using heavy equipment, power, and hand tools, often managing crews of 2-5 other employees. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining various types of equipment and trucks, including skid-steers, excavators, loaders, pickups, and dump trucks (both CDL and non-CDL) to complete tasks. Projects include repairing or constructing new drainages, grading for sidewalks and parking lots, removing old landscaping, and installing new sod or shrubbery, among others.

Summer intern position assigned to large scale UDOT project under direction of project manager. Responsibilities included coordination with superintendents, as well as subcontractors and inspectors, for all night shift related activities on site. Day to day responsibilities included proper scheduling and coordination of different superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors, managing multiple crews of 3-5+ employees, proper tracking of quantities, man-hours, tools, equipment, and materials, as well as assisting with any on-site night shift activities. These activities included PCCP panel replacements, demolitions, heavy equipment transport, structures (bridge) related night activities, and traffic control.

Position assigned under the direction of project manager. Main responsibilities lie within the structures and equipment disciplines. Responsibilities include the management and tracking of up to four structures crews of 6-7 laborers each. This entailed all purchasing of often large orders of small tools, supplies, and materials for these crews, tracking man and equipment hours, ensuring profitable production, and covering for superintendents when necessary. Also responsible for tracking the maintenance of approximately 50 pieces of yellow iron equipment for mechanics.

Part-time position stocking, loading, organizing, and delivering mill work and doors using forklifts and non-CDL box trucks.
