Accounts Receivable Assistant Manager
Current• Manage a team of AR specialists; responsible for guiding team on how to effectively resolve balance related issues• Operationalize, analyze, and troubleshoot patient balance spreadsheet; responsible for delegation and completion of all delinquent accounts for 500+ providers and their clients (~$1,100,000 USD)• Hiring manager, responsible for entire hiring process from phone screening to onboarding• Create workflows and processes to address and reconcile AR as it ages through lifecycle• First point of contact for all AR and payment issues; email, call, and process transactions • Audit all staff financial batch data to ensure accuracy and compliance• Host business-to-business office hours to provide coaching to behavioral health provider clients• Support with quarterly and annual KPI metrics reporting and goal setting for financial operations division • Conduct bi-weekly one-on-ones with staff to map individual growth plans and set timelines• Ad-hoc projects, analysis, and reporting at request of VP of Finance • Monitor EFT volume, control release of eStatement data to all clients
