Throughout my shift, I perform random property checks and guard inspections on my staff, this is to ensure that the staff is aware and performing job duties adequately for client's properties. I also act as an immediate response for when my security staff needs assistance when handling situations that they may not know how to handle or need help.

Responsible for checking security staff to ensure job duties are performed, correct any issues made by staff. I also train all security personnel on site orders, required mobile applications used and perform routine post certifications for all security personnel.

Observation and reporting any issues observed on sites.

Responsible for maintaining good relations with tenants of the site, resolving any issues on site and correct other security staff in regards to site orders
