I work with a close-knit, goal-oriented staff that organizes fine dining events from Chaumette Winery's on-property catering services. Primarily, I worked as a sever for wedding receptions, setting up in ins and outs of fine dining, working from a certified events order to ensure perfection.

Ashbrook Manor is an assisted-living home for the elderly. I work in the dietary department as a sever for their meal times. My main objective at Ashbrook is customer service by providing the residents with friendly smile-filled service, laughter, and a sense of family from the relationships I build with them. It goes without saying that most of the residents are like grandparents to me.

While working at Sears, I was in charge of their parts department and had the experience of running a business. I was in charge of ordering, paperwork, shipping and receiving, inventory, and customer report. I gained insight with computers and also developed phone etiquette.
