From composing script coverage and notes on possible productions and submitted scripts, to the hiring and supervising of all creative personnel including designers, stage managers, crew and performers, and finally to creating each production's.

Directed the modern day staging of Shakespeare's classic. I crafted the design and overall vision for the production and oversaw its creative and administrative implementation.
