For almost 15 years I've been doing three things - 1. Teaching business leaders how to add peak performance, thriving health and the body they envision to their realm of mastery. 2. Building, owning and operating successful gyms and consulting businesses based on #1.3. Hunting new clients, taking them through the full sales cycle, and then building relationships and community so my next clients are their referrals in support of #2.Because we can’t remain 24 forever, at some point every high achiever, entrepreneur and c-suite executive realizes they have to start being intentional about approaching their health if they want to perform their best and have the longevity to enjoy their success with the people they love. The alternative runway isn’t long, doesn’t feel good and doesn’t win any beauty contests. Busy, demanding jobs generally don’t come with a pause button to reset health & fitness. For that you need:- Routines that maximize the ROI of your time and effort - Adaptable frameworks that can be tailored to the demands of your life without losing the essence of what makes them effective.- Systems that leverage ALL the factors that drive results: movement, nutrition, circadian health, hormetic stress and mental approach. In the best of times it creates multiplier effects and in the worst of times it hedges your efforts to limit downside. - Orientation points and guardrails that keep you on the right track when everything at work goes inevitably goes off the rails. It’s rare that everything falls into place perfectly so a plan that works when everything isn’t perfectly in its place is essential. - Hierarchies of importance to keep you focused on the most powerful levers and to ensure you don’t get sucked into the vortex of useless fitness equipment, supplements, gadgets and tech. There are essentials, nice-to-haves, don’t-need-nows and pure nonsense. - A coach that can create and adapt training programs for travel.- Support and perspective from an expert that’s done all the research and testing for you that also understands the demands of being a business owner/operator and executive.A gym employee who’s never built and run a business while balancing family and health probably doesn’t have the perspective to be an effective partner. Depending on the context my clients think of me as their coach, consultant, problem solver, fitness consigliere, source of accountability and voice in their head. Practically, I teach simple sustainable frameworks that drive results.
