From my college education, multiple Co-Ops, and 2+ years of industry experience, I have developed skills in a multitude of categories. My industry experience has allowed me to develop skills that include geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), Solidworks, Siemens NX and Catia, system engineering, program management, and numerous environmental tests. My class skills include the standard classes associated with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and multiple real-world applications of the engineering design process. Furthermore, my classroom experience often had me in a machine shop. My handiness with these skills has helped me to develop problem solving and technical abilities. In addition to my school experiences, I have been extensively involved in the Boy Scouts of America. Completing my Eagle Scout project has helped me develop strong project management skills, leadership, and team building. I was also part of the NASA student launch program at York College. My teachers and co workers have commended me for my willingness to participate and my dedication to helping others. These activities have helped me develop a joy for working with a team that I can apply in my career as an engineer.
