Ground operations include but are not limited to fueling, marshaling, towing, and servicing the LAV on various aircraft types. Primarily responsible for handling the store unaccompanied overnights. Handle all customer transactions in the store, in addition to getting a detailed list of tasks done in a limited timeframe. These tasks include but are not limited to trash disposal, cleaning restrooms, roller grills, floors, coffee pots, tea pots, front desk area, reconciliation of cash drawers, providing customer service, merchandising and stocking products, receiving orders and working with vendors, assisting with ongoing training and employee development, ordering product, and controlling spoilage.

During my Strikz tenure I achieved various positions within the organization in my efforts to learn every aspect of the business. First being Party Host in which I coordinated children's birthday parties in order to keep them organized and on schedule. My first advancement was to be a Dishwasher/Cook by taking the initiative to get my Serv-Safe license. This was a fast-paced environment that taught me the importance of adhering to time constraints. My next promotion was to a Front Desk Representative, where I handled all customer transactions dealing with bowling lanes, arcade, as well as making sure we had the needed space for lane reservations that were made in advance of walk-in traffic. Finally, I advanced to a Server/Waiter position handling customers' needs while on the lanes.
