Conduct appointments over the phone with potential customers exploring the idea of switching to solar energy. Set appointments with people who want to learn more about solar and get a solar design done for their home.

Took inbound calls of potential customers and helped them come to their own conclusion that Aptive was the company they needed right then and there.

Worked with my team of 6-8 reps daily to improve close rate and communication skills. Along with other team leads, figured out ways to improve the sales floor and the sales environment. Also conducted weekly meetings and trainings.

Two summer of door to door sales. The second summer, held position of assistant manager of the San Antonio Area. I conducted weekly trainings, knocked with new/struggling reps and even went to our Austin team to train and knock with all their reps. Took a team of 6 to Baton Rouge, LA for 2 weeks to test our potential market.
