Working in house as the Lead Procurement Officer for Acero’s major international client, Glencore E&P Canada. Responsibilities include:- Lead interface between Glencore’s vendors and internal technical teams. - Development, maintaining and upholding relevant procurement operating standards andprocedures.- Development and maintenance of Acero’s approved vendor list.- Issuing Request for Quotations (RFQ) and creating Purchase Requisitions (PR).- Overall ownership of the RFQ and PR processes from inception to completion and close-out.- Commercial evaluation of quotations.- Integral in the implementation and streamlining of an Electronic Asset Management system (EAM) as a master user.
