Transmission & Distribution Design Experience:2+ years of Transmission Engineering Experience at Aquawolf LLC. Experience includes designing and modeling Transmission & Distribution projects within PLS CADD & PLS Pole, as well as creating all Design documents needed for submittal packages at the various stages of project milestones, from fielding to Final Design & IFC packages. Additionally, I am fully capable, knowledgeable, and trusted to be assigned the Final Reviewer (QAQC) for E1/E2 designs (PLS Model & Documents/packages) to be sealed by our Team manager for IFC. Also, I have significantly improved internal review processes for our team and updated several checklists and document templates to increase productivity for our younger E1 engineers, in addition to making our internal reviews on these projects much more easy-going with quicker turnarounds in order to ensure our team meets all deadlines. I have a lot of experience in mentoring new E1 hires, as well as providing lessons learned, presenting design topics, and aiding in design decisions during team meetings. Additional Quality Experience:Three years of experience in Construction Engineering. Field work on various construction projects including transportation, stormwater sewer systems, and utilities. Communication between clients, contractors, and design engineers in making sure projects are completed matching our designs, all work is completed within specifications, as well as construction work/designs are updated as needed in order to fit in the field.
