Ran center pillars for cars, with targets of 5000 parts per shift. Ensured weld quantity and quality.

Capstone project done in conjunction with Faurecia Clean Mobility. Worked individually & with an engineering team that designed a data logger from the ground up. The end goal was to create a device that logged data from a test stand and make SPC calculations. The data was then saved and displayed to the operator, and sent digitally to the quality engineers. It was coded using Python, and Raspberry Pi. Created documentation for the use of device and so that our results were able to be replicated for more test stands.

Loveland, Co

Assisted the JDX Racing team at multiple racing events, for the Porsche GT3 Cup. Set up the car housing area. Loaded and unloaded supplies from a semi-truck. Measured out fuel weight and refueled the cars. Cleaned off the cars, and applied vinyl wrapping. Main duty was to assist with the tires. Took used tires to be recycled. Aired them up, and applied wheel weights to engineer specifications. During practice runs, took and recorded tire temperatures. I assisted the JDX team at multiple events every summer.

Machine operator for multiple CNC machines (Mazak, Okuma, Mori Seiki). Was responsible for mainly two Mazak Integrex machines. I was responsible for the quality of the parts, by performing part checks and deburring them of sharp edges. If a part was out of check, I was able to offset machine tooling or change the tooling out. Measurement devices used included calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, and go/no go gauges. Responsible for clearing scrap from machine, supplying coolant, and cleaning the general area.
