Current-Provide technical support to Car Dealerships, Insurance groups, Tire Retread plants, as well as hundreds of Southern Tire Mart and Southern Tire Mart at Pilot Wholesale and retail stores across the United States. -Maintain clear and professional communication with Network Administrators and work with them to diagnose and troubleshoot advanced issues. -Uphold high standards of service, ensuring that all queries are addressed with attention to detail. -Stay up to date on the latest technologies to provide informed support for support queries. -Document technical solutions and provide detailed reports on escalated issues to enhance the knowledge base. -Efficiently handle and resolve tickets, ensuring timely and effective solutions for technical issues. -Act as a point of contact for tier 1 technicians, providing assistance for escalated issues.
