As Assistant Project Manager, my key responsibilities during the early phases of the project include supporting the Project Manager and Developer on procuring the design and construction team, creating and analyzing RFP's, obtain and analyze preliminary construction pricing and design, city fee cost estimates, and putting together preliminary project schedules. In the Fall of 2013 I enrolled in my first semester at Colorado State University with a undeclared major. In the Spring of 2014 I knew that I wanted to major in Construction Management. Throughout my time at CSU I made countless relationships with some amazing people and took my education seriously. In May of 2017, 4 short years later I graduated from CSU with a 3.32 GPA.
