Primary Responsibilities:• Manage Weather Data System (Santa Maria/ Yuma)• Manage Upkeep Maintenance Software• Manage Equipment lists• Manage Truck, Tractor and Field Mechanics• Manage Tillage Room Inventory• Manage Parts and Repairs on the Ferrari Transplanter• Communicate and troubleshoot problems with vendors overseas• Manage, Build, and Repair Cruise Control Systems on Irrigation tractors, Harvest Tractors and Harvesters• Communicate and work with Santa Maria Harvest for Equipment Repair and Location Details• Communicate with Ranch managers and supervisors to coordinate equipment repair• Safety coordinator for all Shops (Betteravia Farms, ALCO Harvesting, and Lompoc Farms)• Coordinate/ Present/ Train Safety techniques to shop old/new employees• Assist in Brussel Sprout Maintenance, Repair, and Transportation• Assist Production Engineer• Assist Lead Engineer• Communicate with Hauling Trucks for services and repairs• Coordinate Pickup Recalls, Smog, pass out truck tags and insurance paperwork• Communicate with vendors that come out to the shop• Fabrication of project in the shop• Design equipment in shop (Drafting, AutoCad, SolidWorks)• Report Employees Time and pass out checks/ company information (ADP)• Ensure compliance in Food Safety, Worker safety, Employee relations and all Government Regulations• Responsible for ensuring that all company policies and procedures are being followed at all times• Communicate any challenges to management • Specialty technician (Ferrari Transplanter, Tumoba Harvesters, Romaine Fugi Harvesters)• Manage and coordinate documentation for injury in the workplace with safety department • Manage and Coordinate drop of and pick up equipment• Well testing all ranches• GPS install and calibration in Tractors/ Survey fields/ Map book• Supervisor of maintenance/ fabrication shop
