I am presently employed by F.L. Crane & Sons and hold the position of Project Manager. Before taking the role as a dedicated Project Manager, I also served as an estimator for F.L. Crane & Sons. During my time at FLC, I have estimated/managed over 200 projects in various sizes and scopes in a number of different areas including healthcare, higher education, commercial construction, and retail. My primary responsibilities include working with superintendents to make sure the job is completed in accordance with the specifications, maintaining project budget and schedule, processing of submittals/change orders, ordering material, coordinating with trades/suppliers, and developing relationships with General Contractors and owners.Outside of work, I am a husband, traveler, and a sports fanatic. Anything with a ball, I will pick up whether it be basketball, football, softball, volleyball, or even my golf ball if the round is going bad.
