Creative Director
Current- Lead a team of creatives (copywriters, designers, motion designers) to conceptualize differentiating marketing concepts for B2B and tech brands to meet goals like brand awareness, audience education and lead generation
- Create full-funnel activation plans to bring creative concepts into market across web, social and paid channels
- Oversee production of creative assets like live and animated video, ad copy (digital + OOH), organic social content, executive bylines and more
- Mentor and coach performance of a team of direct reports (junior and senior copywriters)
- Ensure quality control across all agency creative products
- Collaborate with project managers to scope custom creative projects and inform timelines
