The primary point of contact and liaison between the WA-Dept. of Natural Resources and outside stakeholders in the negotiations, development, and project management through the sale of Washington State properties.

Responsible for successful coordination, and completion of real estate purchase and sale agreements. Prepares financial and legal documents, investment reports, and paperwork for the benefit of the sale and act as an intermediary between buyers, attorneys, and sellers to ensure a smooth transaction. Perform market research, data analysis, and revenue forecasting for investors and their real estate portfolios. Manage property cash-flow, project renovation and leasing of rental income producing properties.

Handles all aspects of the listing process, including attending appointments, meeting contractors, answering client questions, and scheduling and conducting listing presentations. Responsible for leading the overall performance of achieving outlined sales goals and establishing successful implementation into the new market areas.

Performed due diligence to broker real estate deals and interacted with sellers and buyers in the commercial sector. Created financial analysis to support the financing, acquisition, marketing, and leasing of properties. Travel to properties and sites to meet with investors; responsible for successful coordination, and completion of lease agreements/purchase and sale agreements.
