  I analyze federal and state regulatory codes to identify and interpret environmental, health, and safety regulations relevant to the firm’s large corporate clients. I monitor for changes to existing regulations and for the creation of new regulations while correcting wrongful previous interpretations. In addition to identifying the relevant regulatory law, I draft memoranda providing guidance on how clients maintain compliance with the law. I draft reports analyzing enacted and proposed amendments to environmental, health, and safety regulations to help corporate clients understand the changing regulatory landscape. I identify specific changes in regulations to prepare clients for potential impacts on their businesses. I review published regulatory law and evaluate publications for relevance to the firm’s clients while evaluating the extent of impact the regulation will have on them.
