⦁ Provide support for Group Manager, Team Leaders and operations team members in their daily tasks.⦁ Assist Group Manager and Team Leaders in holding team members accountable for SQDCI metrics.⦁ Coordinate with the maintenance and electrical departments on a weekly basis to plan and schedule down time for all necessary projects, additions, repairs, and preventative maintenance.⦁ Post daily attainment list for the Team Leader and Lead Operators to plan what products to focus on to ensure orders are complete and customer needs are met.⦁ Responsible for creating and posting department production schedules to meet demand based on customer orders.⦁ Responsible for department data entry for production output, scheduled/unscheduled downtime, quality, hourly operator quality checks, and hourly environmental checks.⦁ Verify department inventory matches the Cost system and regularly inspect for reporting or transactional errors.

⦁ Operate multiple pieces of machinery including a Forklift while understanding proper lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and Forklift safety.⦁ Assist during weekly shutdown to clean machinery and areas related to the manufacturing process for output and quality.⦁ As the final step in the manufacturing process, coordinate with Team Leader and lead operators to ensure all products needed for orders are packaged and prepared for shipping.

⦁ Operate multiple pieces of machinery including a Forklift while understanding proper lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and Forklift safety.⦁ Assist during weekly shutdown to clean machinery and areas related to the manufacturing process for output and quality.⦁ Responsible for various hourly checks to ensure quality is to standard and all metrics are within specification.⦁ Responsible for break coverage for the other three positions on the line, needing to know their jobs as well as my own.

⦁ Operate multiple pieces of machinery including a Forklift while understanding proper lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and Forklift safety.⦁ Assist during weekly shutdown to clean machinery and areas related to the manufacturing process for output and quality.⦁ As the final step in the manufacturing process, coordinate with Team Leader and lead operators to ensure all products needed for orders are packaged and prepared for shipping.

⦁ Continue C-Operator job duties while also being responsible for training new team members on the manufacturing process.

⦁ Perform daily tasks related to the manufacturing process.⦁ Assist during weekly shutdown to clean machinery and areas related to the manufacturing process for output and quality.

⦁ Assist Store Manager in ensuring all Store processes and general operations are being conducted to expectation.⦁ Continued duties as Receiver and trained new Part-Time fill in Receivers.⦁ Oversee shortages/damages/claims area.⦁ Oversee two Supervisors and their direct reports in their day to day tasks.⦁ Responsible for both closing and opening shifts and various related procedures related to cleanliness and security.⦁ Assist in the Liquidation process prior to final closure in May of 2018 by ensuring relevant signing is posted and merchandise relocated to promote quick sales.

⦁ Coordinate with management to ensure staffing is appropriate for unloading shipments.⦁ Lead team members in unloading shipments, product sorting and staging.⦁ Assist management in directing the team with the restocking process to deliver customer satisfaction.⦁ Meet with Loss Prevention/Store Management to discuss shipment shortages and damage claims.⦁ Ensure all preventative measures are in place to control and reduce shrink within the Receiving and Stockroom areas are in place and being followed.⦁ Hold vendors accountable when delivering product and taking any claims or returns.⦁ Keep record of all invoices and match it with product received to verify accuracy.

⦁ Continued duties filling in as Receiver and performing the following tasks:⦁ Log all excess products into the inventory locator system in the stockroom.⦁ Run daily picklists of logged products, removing them from the stockroom inventory system and restocking the sales floor prior to the next shipment's arrival.⦁ Prioritize departments containing perishable products while running picklists to ensure freshness on the shelf and proper rotation of inventory is employed prior to the next shipment.⦁ Assist Backroom Lead/Full-Time Receiver with ensuring all preventative measures are in place to control and reduce shrink within the Stockroom areas.

Assist Full-Time Backroom Lead/Receiver in all duties and filling in when needed.

⦁ Provide excellent customer service.⦁ Lead the department in unloading and stocking all incoming freight, isolating street dated material and applying all applicable EAS standards.⦁ Ensured all pricing, promotional and organizational signing is current and displayed.⦁ Update product pricing based on PLC reports.⦁ Coordinate with management and department team members to ensure street dated products and their relevant promotions were displayed on time for customer satisfaction.⦁ Coordinated with Loss Prevention Manager to ensure department meets 100% EAS standard.⦁ Conduct weekly audits and coordinate with the Loss Prevention Manager on high ticket items and inventory within the department.⦁ Perform planogram changes and lead the department in any necessary movement of product or shelving to meet company and customer needs.
