Ransomware Attack:For 57 days between January 2021 and March 2021 I was on the road aiding 3 large paper mills during a company wide Ransomware attack. We implemented quick simple solutions in the manufacturing processes to bring production back to normal operations while the Manufacturing Enterprise System (MES) was down. The solution we developed at the first mill went on to scale to 9 other mills resulting in millions of dollars of recouped revenue that would have been lost otherwise. Lock Out/Strike:From September 2022 to March 2023 I supported the Mahrt Mill in Cottonton, AL during a labor strike/lock out. My role here was as a facilitator, some key successes are below:- Recruited and onboarded 520 support personnel consisting of Internal WestRock employees, Retirees, Competitor personnel, etc- Implemented 4 temporary payroll systems that depended on where the resource was coming from- Created work schedules for area departments, maintained sufficient staffing levels during entire duration- Maintained relationships with external General Managers who had resources at MahrtThe mill was able to maintain it's normal production rate during this event and broke an all time record in production on one of it's machines while working with temporary employees.

Managed the purchasing process during the entirety of the capital project lifecycle. Developed procurement planning process and application for mill and corporate capital purchasing. Focused on continuous improvement with regular communications with stakeholders to discuss more efficient ways to execute and use technology.
