I assist owners, contractors, and design professionals in the analysis and resolution of complex construction and government contract disputes. I work with counsel, project personnel, and design professionals to prepare analyses, reports, and presentations to assist in various dispute resolution settings including: litigation, arbitration, mediation, and settlement negotiations. I perform detailed schedule and cost analyses to identify and quantify project delays and associated costs due to late, incomplete, or revised design information; changed work; differing site conditions; force majeure events; late deliveries and others.
