Executive internship programLeaning the business from the ground up. Starting with the Manufacturing side of things, learn a number of processes within the facility to be able to understand the end product better. During this process i spent 2 months in Chile learning how each process works in detail. A long with learning each process i was able to through the distribution process. In this process i was able to see how the end product arrive in the customers hands. Being able to work in each area i was able to better understand each function and process. From these steps i have been able to work in making improvements in Woodgrain's processes to cut back on there cost and develop a better product.
