I act as a liaison between customers and the engineering and manufacturing teams, ensuring that customer requirements and goals are met within the specified timeframe. My responsibilities include producing sales documents, setting and achieving sales targets, and providing technical support and presentations to prospective clients. My skills in technical sales, customer relationship management, and strategic planning are crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering long-term business relationships.
