Responsible for strategic alignment, product portfolio management (which includes integration of new products), support for financial activities such as revenue budgeting and forecasting, profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities across all software products within the Voice and Unified Communications services. Main priority is to draft plans and documents that guide the work to be performed by other departments within the company.Major focuses also consist of maximizing revenue, market share, and profit margins by supporting the development of marketable/competitive products. We obtain responsibilities for defining the vision and long term strategy of the product and express the details in a product roadmap and other strategic documents.
