He quickly worked his way up from there, passing his real estate appraiser trainee, licensed and certified tests within a matter of 5 years. At the age of 21, Tanner Hoss was one of the youngest Certified Real Estate Appraisers in California. At the age of 25, he started his own real estate appraisal firm, Hoss Appraisals, Inc. and has completed over 15,000 appraisals since its inception and appraises properties throughout Southern California and the Phoenix Metro area.To continually expand his professional role in the real estate industry and to help accommodate client’s, friends and family members entering the real estate market, Tanner decided that he needed to become a licensed real estate agent. In early 2016, Tanner passed his licensee exam and was quickly recruited by Keller Williams Realty in Studio City, CA. Tanner has assisted in acquiring, renovating (including project management), listing, and selling properties throughout Southern California, for a wide range of buyers and sellers, from seasoned real estate investors to first time home buyers. With Tanner’s vast knowledge of sub-markets trends, primarily due to being a dual licensed Certified Appraiser and Real Estate Broker, he is better equipped to navigate the California's neighborhoods and geographic areas that many agents would not completely understand without proper guidance. Tanner is currently a Broker Associate at Harcourts Prime Properties and President/CEO of Hoss Appraisals, Inc.
