I conduct training needs assessments, identifying knowledge and skills gaps among employees and ensuring that our training programs remain relevant and impactful.Responsible for maintaining a well-structured training calendar, ensuring that all training sessions are executed on time. I also manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to monitor and track employee training progress.
