Responsible for leading the grade 9 and grade 10 initiatives. Managed all resource teachers, Education Assistants and the school team. Oversaw grade 8 to 9 transition. Managed school discipline for grades 9, 10 and 12. Developed and oversaw grade 9 Mentor Program and coordinated in-school professional development. Developed a school-wide process for developing and monitoring Special Education Plans and SEP-Bs. Developed a grade 9 pyramid of interventions for struggling learners. Introduced the Grade 9 Learning Center. SPR for French from 2006 to 2008. Chaired workplace health and safety, assisted in school scheduling and coordinated transportation. Oversaw all external testing and was responsible for leading teaching evaluation and using those evaluations as tools for professional development. Led HTHS Vision, Mission, Values and Goals Development Committee. Helped to resurrect HTHS Drama and Music Programs.

With only a .2 administrative position, led curriculum integration between all subjects, managed school discipline, managed school transportation and supply teacher management. Led grades 3 to 5 Literacy team and coordinated all school fundraising. In addition, taught 5 periods per day including physical education and grade 5 Mathematics.

On a two-year secondment with Department of Municipalities Culture and Housing, led the implementation of New Brunswick’s film sector. Managed distribution of grants and promoted New Brunswick as a film destination/location across North America. Managed budgets, tax credits and proposal analysis.
