Main focus is generating new clients to support as well as supporting and delivering on technical staffing needs for our current clients on the West Coast. Managed the PBF Energy Torrance Refinery recruitment process where NES GT was awarded the Prime Vendor status for the Southern California refinery. Successfully set up the Recruitment process and managed the recruitment, interviewing and onboarding for all contingent workers at site while saving the client $500,000.00 in the first year. With the initial success and cost savings, NES was awarded 3 additional PBF Refineries in 2019, to set up the same contingent worker Recruitment Process as the Prime Vendor.
