As the Canadian Director of Marketing for the Israeli born coffee franchise aroma espresso bar, my mandate was analyzing and overseeing all of the marketing activities for the brand within the country. Large emphasis was placed on managing the National Ad Fund budget, and exposing inefficiencies in campaign programming. Exposure in the digital environment was previously a pain point for the department, and ultimately became one of the main projects that required a clear strategic plan. Finally, other responsibilities under my supervision included local store marketing, defining the aroma brand culture, and elements of national franchise development that included alignment with the Canadian Franchise Association (CFA).

Kingston Ontario

As a valuable member of the corporate head office team based in Kingston Ontario I was responsible for leading corporate marketing and communications for the fastest growing QSR banner in Canada at the time. This included overseeing highly visible national LTO campaigns, and coordinating programs like the incredibly successful "Elementary School Lunch Program" & "Player of the Game Program". Other responsibilities included, direct brand management, local & national PR, corporate positioning, new product launches, digital advertising, curating sales collateral and tradeshow execution.
