I am an experienced team player and I always want the best for the team. I get easily along with people and I know, how to reach a common target with my teammates. I got my start playing basketball as a playmaker, leading my teams to several national championships in Finland and representing my country in over 50 men's national team games. Since then, I have gained valuable business leadership and teamwork experience: first 13 years at American Express in Finland and then 8 years at Devoi Ltd (I facilitated more than 200 "new knowledge creation" peer group meetings for Finnish directors and leaders). After Devoi I have employed my strengths and experience in coaching and training teams and leaders in Finland. My coaching and training topics have been: teamwork, how to build a winning together culture, leadership and self-management. Currently I'm using my skills as a facility manager at Conorin Oy.
