I am an Operations Team Leader with General Mills. My responsibilities include leading shifts of operators as well as planning run schedules.I've been interested in Operations and Supply Chain as long as I can remember. I grew up in a family in which we moved across the country, as my dad was in the CPG Operations and Supply Chain business. I always enjoyed going in to his plants to see products like Yoplait, Cheerios and Gold Medal Flour being produced and shipped. I enjoy solving complex problems and looking for more efficient ways to operate.In college I was involved on campus by participating in the Supply Chain Club as well as Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity. I am a quick learner, great with numbers, and highly capable of operating various software programs such as Microsoft Office.
