• Provide direct support to Marketing Director• Assist with the development and execution of The Rinks Marketing Plan and budget as well as help develop specific campaigns around programs, events, and initiatives.• Responsible for communicating effectively with Graphics Department on The Rinks advertising, branding, creative and collateral needs.• Oversee the management of The Rinks Street Team, compromising of ten members; duties include scheduling, day-to-day communication, discipline, and development of training and hiring processes.• Maximized marketing efforts with Anaheim Ducks, San Diego Gulls, and Honda Center Marketing on cross-promotional opportunities for all entities ensuring the goals of multiple departments were achieved.• Execute and coordinate special events within The Rinks designed to increase participation or highlight programs such as Try Hockey for Free, Hockey Day in SoCal, Homeschool Spotlight events, and others.• Establish or create marketing and public relations efforts for community relations events held at The Rinks, ranging from maintaining communication and relations with various local organizations to organizing NHL lead initiatives including the Hockey Fights Cancer initiative which helped raises over $4000 per year through themed skate nights and donations.• Introduced over 400 disabled athletes to the sport of hockey thru the Anaheim Ducks Hockey is For Everyone initiatives. Primarily responsible for scheduling and planning of events, budgeting for all programs, and establishing relationships with community organizations that help promote disabled sports. • Manage Anaheim Ducks and San Diego Gulls in-game marketing inventory for The Rinks including working directly with in-game entertainment, operations, and broadcast.• Assist in the execution of sponsorable elements or events held at Rinks facilities.• Continue most duties and responsibilities from the Marketing Coordinator position.

-Primary role was onsite program execution of The Rinks initiatives, ranging from Youth and Adult programs and Hockey is For Everyone initiatives.-Managed all aspects of the Anaheim Ducks Inline Learn to Play program, including being Lead instructor, resulting in over a 50% retention rate of new skaters to a paid program. -Established the Anaheim Ducks Special Needs Ice Hockey program as a grassroots program and USA hockey certified team with over 50 participants introduce to the sport of Special Hockey.-Expanded The Rinks Homeschool program to include twelve local charter schools; boosting revenue over $62,000 per school year. -Maintained autographed inventory given to local community schools and program fundraisers.
