As a member of the development and alumni relations team for the College of Education, my primary responsibility is direct fundraising with a select group of individuals, corporations, and foundations to secure major gifts of $25,000+. As an Expansion Coordinator, my department aims to establish and develop a principled fraternal experience at premier institutions of higher education across North America. In doing so, our professional staff recruits, develops, and trains high quality advisory teams and student leaders in order to develop sustainable chapters which are committed to the mission, vision, and core values of the fraternity. • Assist in developing, presenting, and executing conference curriculum to over 600 attendees annually • Specialize in strategic recruitment initiatives with under performing groups to increase growth and retention • Provide excellent customer service as an ambassador of the Offices of the Grand Chapter to collegiate men and women, alumni, volunteers, and university administrators • Analyze university statistics related to sustainability, future growth, and saturation to determine the success of a potential new group on premier institutions of higher education • Coordinate, assemble, and present to university administrators, stakeholders, and students demonstrating the positive impact the expansion of the fraternity will have on student life and the values based growth of individuals• Recruit, develop, and train high quality advisory teams and student leaders in order to develop sustainable organizations which are committed to the mission, vision, and core values of the fraternity on topics such as recruitment, education, leadership development, training, proper risk management policies, financial responsibility, and alumni relations• Manage annual travel budget in order to executive both short and long-term goals
