Each range required planning and coordination with others of a rank higher than my own for a period of 120 days prior to my company actually using the qualification ranges. I created risk management plans, assigned range safeties, conducted area recons, ensured we had enough ammo and worked with other units who needed to qualify on my ranges.

Classroom and field training went exceptionally well and the training of future commissioned officers in the Army was completed. I commissioned as a Second Lieutenant on May 23, 2013 and graduated from the University of Cincinnati Army ROTC Program.
