We used to be based in a yacht club, so I have experience cooking food, taking orders, and cleaning dishes. I also have gained experience in proper food prep, party planning/preparation, interior/exterior.

I analyze documents written under pen-named authors to find out their identity. After converting these texts into a Word Document (after they are transcribed using OCR), my team puts them into a program that analyzes the writing styles to see who the true authors are. We are currently (as of February 2015) looking at letters from Junius, a powerful writer.
