Technical Support Engineer
CurrentMagView is an information systems company that develops software to streamline and optimize the case management of radiology departments with a specific focus on mammography.Utilize SQL and HL7 interfaces to troubleshoot and manage communication of data for mammography patients at more than 200 client locations. Regularly communicate with radiologists, nurses, technologists, and administrators to help address areas of concern and potential methods of improvement within our software and their workflow. Use Freshdesk and Jira ticket management systems to independently maintain a queue of 20-40 tickets while managing an average influx of 5 tickets per day. Partner with escalation resources to diagnose and fix complex issues as well as expand knowledge of the application when needed.
