I am a motivated, outgoing leader with a desire to learn and grow while bringing my current skills and experience together to build a career in the construction management trade. I have 4 years of experience in managerial positions teaching, managing, and performing quality control for various projects in the United States and Japan, directly overseeing $2.5M of equipment within the military and ensuring the safety of our personnel. I have earned an Associates degree from Ferris State University in Building Construction Technology in May of 2016. After enlisting in the United States Marine Corps for 4 years and serving as a Heavy Equipment Operator, I am returning to Michigan and will be pending graduation for a Bachelor's in Construction Management at Ferris State University in December of 2022. I have spent three years learning at Ferris State and performing in the construction and demolition field. In addition, in the past 4 years learning about the heavy equipment industry and managing others in an ever-changing environment full of decisions, planning, deadlines, and problem solving that required strong discipline and affected not only the individual employee but the organization as a whole as well. I am looking forward to continuing my career through Construction Management and applying the skills and knowledge I have learned along the way while continuing to stay flexible and aspiring to learn everything I can.
