I went from Level 1 Help Desk geek to Product Management Leader during the first decade of my career and was fortunate to work with some great teams inside of media, tech and advertising companies.Year after year I've found myself in new positions with new challenges... which is how I thrive!While I had some of the greatest professional success I also experienced some of the most challenging times in my personal life, going through a divorce with a young child. Over the course of a year I rebuilt the team of systems administrators and put processes in place to increase test environment quality and most importantly strengthen relationships with the Development & QA teams, who were the primary users of our systems.
