In order to successfully lead Business Applications, I work closely with our development team to make sure that all technical details are ready and available for our development team in order for them to be successful. Working with different groups from customer to internal teams, I make sure all specifications are clearly designed and fulfill all testing requirements of the development is done before handing software to our QA team and finally our customers.
