Site employee can use smartphone and scan the QR data for speedy and accurate reporting on stock level, which in turn reduce the discrepancy between physical stock and system data. 3. Implement new SOP for stock level reporting and re-stock request. The new SOP omit the needs of face-to-face communication that was prone to human-error, and instead utilize handphone, QR code and messaging application for efficient and accurate communication throughout the workflow.

Members share interest in playing traditional instrument such as the Koto, the Shamisen or the Shakuhachi. We hold performance to celebrate special events and holidays such as University's culture festivals, the Tanabata festival, Christmas and etc. What I challenged myself when got selected for a vice- leader position!In mid-2018, our club had a plunge in new member application. The leader and I made use of SNS contacts to reach out to other university organizations and local businesses for collaboration opportunities. The purpose was to create more exposure, public appearance for our club to get noticed by students. As a result, we had an increase in participants at the new-member introductory sessions. Furthermore, we have also managed to establish long-term connection to tourism- related businesses for future performances.Summary:- Planning annual events, performances and practice sessions - Reached out and established relation with other university's organization, local businesses to promote our activities. - Back and forth communication with Leader and other core members to promote transparency and member’s involvement in event planning. - Practiced the “Koto” and looking forward to the next time I get to play to an audience. Because at the end of the day, our greatest joy is to play the instrument and share the love to more people 😊!

However, to make all the activities and events happens, planning and preparation took place several months ahead with the effort of many talented individuals. I was selected as a performer manager for the grand show event which is the highlight of the Week and it has been a great experience that has contributed greatly to my Organizational skill and Teamwork skill.Summary- Worked with other members in the backstage team and create a work flow (on google excel) in order to divide the task in a timely manner that can enable the show to run smoothly. - Live-time communication with other members in different section such as Sound and Light team, backstage team and show director to keep each other updates on the progress of each team during the show time.- Provided route guide for the performers to get ready for stage performance in a timely manner as well as mental support. - Provided internal feedbacks to the backstage team and to other teams and directors who are involve in the grand show after every test-run.
