In the Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) sector, time is of utmost importance. I was involved in various projects and oversaw multiple shipments. Collection and analyse Primary and Secondary data of students, Teachers and 60+ competitor apps.2. Researched the consumer behavior and perception of Coschool among Students, Parents, & Teachers.3. Analyzed competitors' user numbers, sales, and features to develop a successful marketing strategy.4. Exotic Flora is an E-commerce startup that sells plants across India. I-Venture@ISB incubated it, Agri-tech as the leading startup for the year 2022. It is founded with the mission to source any variety of plants from anywhere for a reasonable price and whet the appetite of plant lovers worldwide.During my time at Exotic Flora, a growing plant business, I took on several important tasks. I kept a close eye on our sales and purchases to make sure we were on track. I also managed our social media pages, posting content and talking to our followers. I worked with suppliers to get our products on time and ensured our plants were packed well for shipping. I also made simple charts to show our sales and how many people visited our site. As it's a new company, I wore many hats and helped wherever needed, showing my flexibility and dedication to the company's success.Highlights: 1.
