My responsibilities included initiating and overseeing necessary maintenance work, such as dispatching electricians and plumbers to resolve customer complaints in specific localities. I am responsible for record keeping and presenting these records, looking after the residents and apartments, and addressing inquiries and complaints.

I worked as a Sales Supervisor and led my team to enhance company sales by arranging corporate shows and building customer relationships, which resulted in positive outcomes. My team and I approached numerous schools, colleges, and universities with corporate show proposals to boost and achieve sales targets.We implemented innovative methods rather than traditional techniques to approach and engage clients. My key responsibilities included sales and marketing, creating and presenting sales reports using Microsoft Office, telecommunications, recruiting new members for the Cinegold Loyalty Club, and improving customer relations and service.

I learned many valuable skills in customer service and relationship building, sales and marketing both in person and over the phone, recruiting new permanent members, conducting outdoor promotions and partnerships, ushering, customer relations, and presenting monthly sales performance reports. This was my first job, and it significantly boosted my confidence and teamwork skills within the organization.
