At Disrupt Health Impact Fund, I am actively sourcing and analyzing deals from health tech startups globally to drive a healthier Thailand and Southeast Asia. Our fund’s areas of interest include preventive care, self-care, aging, holistic wellness, and AI-enabled smart hospitals, all aimed at delivering impactful healthcare solutions in the region.

- Developed a digital pathology pipeline using random forest algorithm to quantify neuronal and glial tau pathology in progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP) postmortem brain. This pipeline advances the existing semi-quantitative approach, yielding a more thorough quantification for mechanistic research (published).- Applied Bayesian regression to examine the association between tau pathology and neuroimaging measures (MRI, fMRI) in PSP to better understand how molecular tau aggregation relates to macroscopic level changes throughout the disease progression (in prep).- Led and collaborated in a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, scientists, and computer scientists.- Presented work at international conferences: Tau2022, OHBM 2022 and 2023.Post PhD,- Finalizing research papers for publication in peer-reviewed journals.- Engaging in ongoing projects relating to using digital pathology in dementia research.

Medtech Innovation Program is a 3-month educational programme providing both an introduction to the landscape of medical device development and experience of interdisciplinary teamwork. Small teams of students and early career researchers & clinicians work to solve a real-life problem identified by the clinical partners, supported by interactive workshops and small-group mentoring covering approaches to clinical problems, concept generation, effective teamwork, business model development, and pitching. The teams produce an Executive Summary and pitch their ideas to a panel of judges from academia, industry, and clinical practice.We are a team of 5 students from engineering, biological science and medical backgrounds. Our team was the top scoring team in the program.

Involved in 2 EEG studies where one investigated memory in Alzheimer’s disease, the other investigated multi-sensory integration of visual and auditory modalities when processing negative emotions.
