- Provided research, analysis and recommendation on funding low carbon energy research (LCER) proposals.- Connected government agencies, industry partners and researchers together through consultation and collaborations.- Handled a research and development landscape study for LCER.- Coordinated project expectations and goals between the public sector, private sector and institute of higher learning on low carbon energy transition programme.- Spearheaded department’s knowledge management repository and compliance.

- Handled the data collection, data wrangling and frontline enquiries for the Whole-of-Government (WOG) omnibus HR survey.- Co-created data logic checks template for the WOG omnibus HR survey.- Troubleshooted and diagnosed Tableau Server interface and data warehouse issues to ensure good HR data management practices in the public sector.- Assisted in communicating data governance guidelines to all PSD staffs during the pilot introduction of the WOG-data governance framework.

Singapore

- Conducted a quantitative and qualitative research analysing the poor customer service standards faced by CPF members. Two suggestions put forth in presentation were implemented. Presented in department’s monthly meeting which includes senior management personnel.- Collated data for conducting natural language processing on email correspondence.- Conducted telephone surveys to understand ways members contact CPFB.- Routed hundreds of emails daily to the proper sections or departments.- Assisted up to 80 members daily on queries related to government handouts (e.g.: GSTV, Pioneer Generation, Medishield Life etc).

- Selected, reviewed and summarized academic materials to contribute in developing the literature review for a journal article on Chinese families relationships in USA.

Kranji Camp 3

- Curated a monitoring chart to keep track of status of military investigations, from closed to ongoing ones.- Curated a new transport vehicle deployment chart to forecast and manage future transport resources from six active military units in Sungei Gedong camp.- In charge of inviting 600+ guests for unit’s functions and ceremonies.- Conduct monthly reviews on whole of Transport Formation military offences.- Planned operations and deployment of 60 drivers and 80 vehicles for the entire camp.

Singapore

- Proposed suggestions to streamline operation process of business from finding, communicating, executing project and charging clients, thereby ensuring clients experience a smooth customer experience.- Conducted market research and formulated pricing strategies to attract and retain customers.
