Also managed SPRING's HR Information System (powered by SAP); familiar with SAP work flow and good at managing large amount of data. Drove both recruitment process integration and data migration as part of the merger between the two Statutory Boards- Built strong talent pipeline through branding efforts and Campus Recruitment initiatives such as SPRING's Internship, Executive Development Scholarship and ESG Management Associate Programme (MAP). The 2018 inaugural Enterprise Singapore MAP attracted >1,000 applicants from the local and foreign universities- HR Business Partner to >250 employees from Corporate Functions and Frontline Groups. Provided HR advisory to Line Leaders in full spectrum of HR matters; including recruitment, talent management, succession planning, 360-feedback, disciplinary matters, and exit management- Drove the FY2017 Performance Management Cycle; led Board and Group-level appraisal sessions with top management in an efficient and timely manner to ensure fair and meaningful discussion. Communicated outcome to >500 employees via townhall briefs and performance letters- Spearheaded a series of online and offline internal engagement; measured by Employee Engagement Survey. Partnered the Union and Welfare Clubs in ensuring a vibrant calendar of events throughout the work year; and PSD in driving the implementation of Facebook@Work. Onboarded new hires through structured induction, core and function training delivered the 2-week Flagship Induction Programme three times each year. In recognition for the good work, the team won the Silver Award for Employee Engagement at the HR Excellence Award 2017
