Akifer established to complete the operation and hand-over periods of the project as I mentioned in detail below as my previous experience. My responsibilities are same as in the Thames Water which is sustaining up and running condition of the project that I explained below in details. Additionally: Civil maintenance of entire project. Handing over the project to municipality with officially committed capacity and performance values of entire equipment in the project which have been assessed by expert companies hired by municipality for handing over duration which is 1,5 years. Designing new branching pipelines as per municipality requirement for supplying treated water in new residential areas or industries in Kocaeli. Analysing and reporting new pipe connections’ effects on existing pipeline in terms of pressure and water flow as well as the water levels in municipality’s force mains. Assessing maintenance budgets for tenders of acquiring new/existing treatment units’ operations and maintenance responsibilities published by municipality. Managing technical inventory regarding stock levels by using stock and purchasing modules of the software. Determining critical amounts of the equipment to fix especially the emmergency and corrective mainetnance works without any delay. Analysing actual and planned stock budgets monthly to achieve targets yearly base and creating next year budgets. Conducting condition base monitoring works of pumps, motors, gear units etc. within predictive maintenance for regarding reliability purpose. The project consists of the sections as Yuvacik DAM, treatment unit (550k m3/day water treatment capacity), raw and treated water pipelines within 160 km pipelines, 7 pumping stations. My responsibilities in this company: Managing of a maintenance team and subcontractors to sustain up and running condition of the project in mechanical equipment side. Planning and organizing especially shut down processes of treatment plant and pipeline for refill and discharge works partially or completely. Managing own team and subcontractors to perform all maintenance, repair, and overhaul works include fixing any sort of mechanical, plumbing, hydraulic, equipment in the project; emergency or planned repairing works of the water transfer & chemical dosing pumps, DAM management equipment, main and branching water lines equipment such as valves and actuators. I have been in charge of all maintenance, repair, and overhaul works of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, pneumatic equipment in production sections; emergency or planned repairing works of the hot air and wooden chips' transfer fans, hot water and hot oil transfer pumps, combustion unit equipment, hydraulic press, pneumatic ring equipment, superheated steam and condense lines' equipment. Implementing check and analyse system for vibration and temperature levels, axial adjustments of fans, motors, pumps and conveyors within predictive maintenece works which also includes oil sampling system, third party analysing and reports. According to these reports received from predictive system, planning of corrective and preventive maintenace schedules have been conducted. Coordination with other departments to analyse causes and results of the breakdowns (TPM). Controlling and managing of services from abroad especially during warranty period. Controlling and managing subcontractors on the site. Setting of computer aided stock system and determining the minimum-maximum amount of the spares.
