Responsibilities: Sustaining up & running condition of terminal including all electrical, constructional, mechanical infrastructure of Dubai Port Yarımca terminal on 46 hectare area with almost 900 m long berth in total, operational assets (QC, RTG, trucks, stackers, handlers, forklifts), substations, personnel buildings, container yard, site lighting, railway 850 m in length, fire systems, HVAC systems, water treatment, fuel station, generators, reefer stations, cathodic protections, proper depth of water alongside the quay. Developing asset management system by using ERP program called Maximo including asset lists; maintenance schedule and work orders; store system.As being Certified Reliability Leader, implementing precision maintenance environment for aligning asset management objectives with company's business related objectives in order to eliminate or minimize the wastes and defects. Technical department performance analysis and reviews in monthly, quarterly and yearly. Contract management of service companies. Monthly, yearly based Capex - Opex budget preparations for technical department including spare parts, consumables, electric-water-natural gas consumption, service companies costs, developments, new projects. Following monthly based actual values to achieve yearly based planned budgets. Preparation of business continuity plans for technical responsibilities by means of risk assessments. Energy management in the terminal with energy management license.Project manager of following projects: -Reliability centered maintenance system implementation-Redesigning and implementation of site lighting system as per regulations for international container terminals -550 kW AC installed power solar panel installation to get yearly 4,5 % power saving -Railway Construction for marketing&reputation -Documentation & customer service building construction-2nd gate complex construction for customs-Work permit system integration in EAMS

Responsibilities:Establishing an asset management system and procuring an EAMS (Enterprise Asset Management System) software which was selected amongs from three alternatives as Maximo, IFS and SAP.Maximo software implementation and master data creation which includes asset lists and inventory system. Leading EAMS project implementation also including procurement stages (purchase request, approval stages, request for quotation, purchase order); store system (inventory, receiving, issues, returns, ABC analysis - fast moving items classifications, emergency stocks, reorder points), financial structure (general ledger codes, good receive, invoice records). Designing the maintenance system regarding work order structure; preventive maintenance tasks; failure classifications as per main assets (cranes, container stackers, forklifts, substations, UPSs, HVACs, generators, cathodic protection, electrical-mechanical infrastructures, buildings, fire detection alarm-extinguishing systems, roads, bridge, yard area, berths, storm water lines), sub-equipment (hydraulics, electrical motors, gearboxes, engines, lighting masts and armatures, extinguishers FM200, CO2, foam, water pumps-springs); 3 x why analysis; reports. Identifying key performance indicators - KPIs as MTBF, MMBF, MTTR, availability, maintenance costs, planning-scheduling compliance. Establishing a monthly base KPI calculating and reporting system. Implementing a fuel management system integrating with EAMS software as a contribution for analysing the fuel consumptions of terminal equipment against valuable running times also for calculating idles. Overseeing the main contractor and consultant to make sure terminal construction works comply with the specifications during taking over stage. Preparing punch lists within site visits and as per technical specs, having meetings with stake holders (consultant-contractors-subcontactors) in order to be sure having no missing points after construction completion.

Akifer has been laid by Thames Water which has the rights of built-operate-transfer rights of Kocaeli Municipal Water Supply Project for 15 years in desired water quality without any water outage. Akifer established to complete the operation and hand-over periods of the project as I mentioned in detail below as my previous experience. My responsibilities are same as in the Thames Water which is sustaining up and running condition of the project that I explained below in details. Additionally: Civil maintenance of entire project. Handing over the project to municipality with officially committed capacity and performance values of entire equipment in the project which have been assessed by expert companies hired by municipality for handing over duration which is 1,5 years. Designing new branching pipelines as per municipality requirement for supplying treated water in new residential areas or industries in Kocaeli. Analysing and reporting new pipe connections’ effects on existing pipeline in terms of pressure and water flow as well as the water levels in municipality’s force mains. Assessing maintenance budgets for tenders of acquiring new/existing treatment units’ operations and maintenance responsibilities published by municipality. Managing technical inventory regarding stock levels by using stock and purchasing modules of the software. Determining critical amounts of the equipment to fix especially the emmergency and corrective mainetnance works without any delay. Analysing actual and planned stock budgets monthly to achieve targets yearly base and creating next year budgets. Conducting condition base monitoring works of pumps, motors, gear units etc. within predictive maintenance for regarding reliability purpose. Analysing equipment's vibration, oil samplings, temperature change reports as well as the motor current trends and thermography masurements to understand the equipment conditions to improve preventive and corrective maintenance works.

Thames Water is an England based company handling water treatment, DAM management, water pipelines as well as the sewage systems. The company has acquired the built-operate-transfer rights of Kocaeli Municipal Water Supply Project for 15 years in 1996 without any water outage and in desired water quality. The project consists of the sections as Yuvacik DAM, treatment unit (550k m3/day water treatment capacity), raw and treated water pipelines within 160 km pipelines, 7 pumping stations. My responsibilities in this company: Managing of a maintenance team and subcontractors to sustain up and running condition of the project in mechanical equipment side. Planning and organizing especially shut down processes of treatment plant and pipeline for refill and discharge works partially or completely. Managing own team and subcontractors to perform all maintenance, repair, and overhaul works include fixing any sort of mechanical, plumbing, hydraulic, equipment in the project; emergency or planned repairing works of the water transfer & chemical dosing pumps, DAM management equipment, main and branching water lines equipment such as valves and actuators. Executing and planning of predictive, corrective and emergency maintenance works by using maintenance module of Maximo software. Managing of equipment's stock levels by using stock and purchasing modules of the software. In the stock module, determining critical amounts of the equipment to fix especially the emergency and corrective maintenance works.

I have worked in construction duration of Çamsan Medium Density Fibreboard Production Integrated Facility including installation of various units such as combustion unit for producing superheated steam & hot oil, hot water and air, multycyclone filter unit, 28 m long hydraulic press in which circulates 240 oC superheated oil, cutting, sanding, lining, glue preparation, flooring units, water treatment unit and pipelines. Then continued working on the commissioning. After commissioning I have worked as a team leader for setting of the computer aided maintenance system which is Gusto software which includes preparation of preventive and corrective maintenance’s instructions within maintenance works, inventory system and performance reporting. Also worked for implementing total productive maintenance system (TPM) in cooperation with other departments, operations and quality. I have been in charge of all maintenance, repair, and overhaul works of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, pneumatic equipment in production sections; emergency or planned repairing works of the hot air and wooden chips' transfer fans, hot water and hot oil transfer pumps, combustion unit equipment, hydraulic press, pneumatic ring equipment, superheated steam and condense lines' equipment. Implementing check and analyse system for vibration and temperature levels, axial adjustments of fans, motors, pumps and conveyors within predictive maintenece works which also includes oil sampling system, third party analysing and reports. According to these reports received from predictive system, planning of corrective and preventive maintenace schedules have been conducted. Coordination with other departments to analyse causes and results of the breakdowns (TPM). Controlling and managing of services from abroad especially during warranty period. Controlling and managing subcontractors on the site. Setting of computer aided stock system and determining the minimum-maximum amount of the spares.
