I bring seven years of experience as an agronomist at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. My role involved engaging directly with farmers in the field, collecting agricultural data for cost analysis purposes. Additionally, these experiences involved conducting extensive field research across all provinces of Türkiye and engaging with farmers involved in the production of various agricultural commodities. This data was instrumental in updating systems used by banks to provide balanced credit. Additionally, I supported the sustainability of the CAP tool by facilitating the transfer of data to the Credit Registration Bureau under the name TARDES. I actively participated in the development and testing of new modules for the second stage of TARDES, differentiating data for various banks. Collaborating with both intermediary and user banks, I contributed to enhancing their agricultural technical knowledge, conducting market research, analyzing statistical data, studying agricultural legislation, and preparing current reports on the agricultural sector and product analyses. Furthermore, My work extended to conducting climate scenario analyses for sustainable olive farming practices and assessing the impact of climate change on olive production. I actively participated in evaluating environmental footprints, identifying climate-friendly practices, and supporting the development and implementation of the Integrated Reporting and Disclosure (IRD) system in collaboration with Bunge. In addition, I was part of the expert team within İmece Mobile Application by İşbank, responding to queries related to agriculture for both farmers and enthusiasts. Besides, I provided support in the preparation, review, and delivery of training materials to bank personnel, assisting in classroom courses, field visits, and educational material corrections. Furthermore, I offered consultancy to municipalities, Chambers of Commerce and Industry, and Trade Exchanges regarding securing patents for local agricultural and non-agricultural products. My experience also involves collaboration and agreements with government and private sector entities, agricultural research institutes, and trading companies.
