Responsible for the strategy and program for Security, Quality, Sustainability and Technology in Asia Pacific.I am responsible for all security, quality and sustainability initiatives in APAC for all the corporate customers. I am responsible for directing non-price-related strategies to acquire, retain, and develop new supply chain businesses for our corporate customers. I am also responsible for developing Scope 1 and 3 sustainability initiatives for our corporate customers.

I am responsible for creating the KWE Regional Loss Prevention Program since Dec 2020. The program looks into the governance, risk and control for the company and key corporate customers. I am the company subject matter expert for regional security and compliance with company and customer policies. Working with cross-functional teams in the Asia Pacific, I conceptualized and operationalized ¬a functional security structure with multiple lines of reporting to senior management and customers. This structure reports to senior management as well as the security compliance of key customers such as Apple and Microsoft. Since the inception of this structure, customer satisfaction rose from 86% to 99% and Security ranking rose to over 95%. I am also responsible for the investigation of high-value loss cases. In the post-investigation analysis, I have systematically coached over five teams in China, Vietnam, Hong Kong, and India on the corrective actions required. This brought about a significant improvement in high-value loss cases from 14 for the second half of 2021 to zero cases for the first half of 2022. I am also responsible for staff training, planning, and overseeing the installation of security systems, property protection assessments, vendor procurement, and management.Message me to find out more about what I do.

I was responsible for: - Franchise model that included the structure, operational flow, financial projections. - Developing of marketing materials needed for the launch of the international outlets. - Ensure that the end-to-end support for 15 outlets are taken care of for smooth operation.
